ADC-12 is the most widely used aluminium pressure die-casting alloy in India, valued for its fluidity, dimensional stability and resistance to hot cracking. Vaishnavi Enterprises supplies ADC-12 produced from grade-segregated aluminium scrap and refined to a furnace-ready condition.

LM-24 (and its close JIS equivalent AC-4B) is a copper-bearing aluminium–silicon die-casting alloy used where castings need more strength and better machinability than a straight Al-Si grade delivers.

Vaishnavi Enterprises processes LM-24 / AC-4B from segregated scrap streams, holding the chemistry within the standard band so that die-casters can run it without adjusting their process.

Our standard aluminium ingots are refined to approximately 98% purity from grade-segregated hard scrap. They are cast in consistent sizes so they stack cleanly, charge predictably and melt without the dross load that mixed scrap brings with it.

Ingots are the default choice for re-melters and alloy manufacturers who want to control their own final chemistry while starting from a known, uniform base metal.

Converting hard aluminium scrap into soft aluminium is the core of what Vaishnavi Enterprises does. Incoming hard scrap is segregated by grade, processed and refined to roughly 97% purity, producing a soft, workable metal suited to downstream alloying and casting.

Aluminium shots are granulated feedstock produced for applications where the metal needs to dissolve quickly and be dosed by weight rather than by piece. The high surface-area-to-volume ratio means fast, predictable dissolution.
